Raele has always had a passion for connecting with others and helping them feel heard and supported. She studied Marketing at Pace University and held marketing roles in various industries for over 10 years, but found a renewed sense of purpose upon discovering the world of coaching. She obtained her coaching certification from the Coach Training Alliance, an ICF-accredited program, and launched Well With Raele Coaching in 2021. She obtained a supplemental certification from 3V Communications in 2025 to enhance her skills within the communication sector, and currently works with clients (mainly women) through 1:1 and group coaching.
