About the Founder
Alecia Allan-Vanderbilt has been working in the commercial real estate industry for over 15 years. She started out in brokerage and went over to property management in ’08 with the crash. She has managed 100k sqft-1.1 million sqft commercial real estate buildings (Class A/ Class B) and has closed over 50 million square feet of commercial leases over her career. She transferred over to working with the top Electronics Recycling company, Protek Recycling, serving commercial buildings in NYC, NYS, CT, NJ and PA in 2020. Alecia is the Senior Business Development Executive for the Commercial Real Estate division of Protek and has grown the division from 5 buildings to over 120 million square feet of accounts in the 3 years she has held the role. She is proud to say that each year her division is responsible for recycling millions of pounds of electronics and is helping our planet one building at a time. It is her mission to bring on even more buildings and portfolios into the FREE E-Waste Recycling program she overseas so she can do more good for the environment, ESG reporting, our community and to make the planet better for the generations to come.
Alecia’s niche is Women’s equality in Commercial Real Estate and Streamlining sustainable information and services to CRE and PM through creating a one stop shop resource guide and interviews to make it easier for all the PM’s to get access to the best companies out there and not reinventing the wheel each time they need a new service or need to put more in place to be more sustainable.
